Hatha Align Flow & Meditation, All Levels at (Pali)Aloha Yoga Kula
This class instructs traditional yoga postures through mindful, alignment and dynamic movement. Dynamic movement highlights the “key actions” within each posture. It also increases circulation and range of motion. The basic ideas of the postures are explored through light movement and holds all the while being attentive to where the mind is at each moment. This class also gives special attention to low back, shoulders and hips and is followed by a 15 minute seated meditation.

Chill-Lax Yoga & Yoga nidra, All Levels at (Pali)Aloha Yoga Kula
Busy mind? Busy Life? Slow down and go deep. First ½ of class consists of long holds and deep stretches. Second ½ of class is “yoga nidra” or yogic sleep. This is a guided meditation that deeply relaxes the body, breath and mind while leading the practitioner into an “in-between place” of waking and sleeping. It is here that one can truly de-stress, rejuvenate and access creative insight..

Energizing Morning Flow, All Levels at (Pali)Aloha Yoga Kula
Start your morning right with an energizing, align-and-flow class. Detailed precision coupled with light dynamic movement will get your blood pumping, reduce your muscle stiffness and leave your body feeling energized for the day. This class is perfect for those who like a well-rounded class that is not fast-paced but instructs “mindful-intelligent movement” that sharpens awareness of both body and mind.

Hatha Flow at Open Space Chinatown
This all levels class teaches the classic yoga postures through a deep awareness of correct alignment and precise actions in the body. Clear instruction is given in breathing technique, warm-up and posture flow. New students will develop body awareness, posture alignment and core strength in basic poses, while experienced students are encouraged to explore advanced variations in familiar postures. Everyone works to his or her own ability and comfort level.
